Research And Design Of The Digital College Campus System Based On SOA

With the rapid development of web and information technology, informatization has become one of the most striking trends. The application and popularization of the information technology was gradually exerted in colleges, and the modern information technology is involved in every parts of teaching, scientific research, management in the colleges, which will change the traditional teaching mode and greatly improve the efficiency of the use of educational resources. The construction of digital campus is an effective way to realize the full informatization of education, and whether it can be established or not becomes an important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a college. At the beginning of the construction of digital campus, each department, according to the needs of their work, has constructed respective business application system. And every business systems use different database and different design criteria for the data, so it is fragmented and forms several "detached information islands".Because of the existence of "information island", there are a series of problems.Data can’t be integrated and shared, all kinds of data resources are scattered and stored in a number of management systems, the data resources among different departments can’t be shared, at the same time, all departments need to maintain a set of data information, resulting in duplication of data management, reduce the work efficiency, data management is also caused by multi source data is not consistent, to each department has brought difficulties, seriously restricting the further development of University Digital campus;Each application system lacks the unified authentication interface and the access interface, which has brought many inconvenience to the user. The functional modules of the system can’t be integrated, and the system can’t be expanded.SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is a new kind of system structure, which is based on the object. It is able to link the application’s different functional units (called services), through these services to the pre-set interface and contracts linked. SOA architecture can realize the loose coupling of different functions. It can improve the scalability of the distributed system, it is advantageous to realize the dynamic optimization allocation of resources, integrate internal resources and share the existing resources effectively.SOA digital campus, based on the consideration of these questions, makes the college realize the horizontal integration of various applications, sharing of education resources, reducing of the cost, improvement of the efficiency of education resources and improvement of teaching quality by using the existing business system. And SOA digital campus finally realizes the centralization of data, information sharing, hardware clustering, file electronicization and process standardization.This paper takes the construction project of digital campus of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College as the research object, and introduces the related technologies of SOA architecture, discusses the important role of SOA architecture in the construction of digital campus, constructs the digital campus model based on SOA technology and designs the platform of data sharing platform, unified identity authentication platform and unified information portal platform. And finally, I get the advantages and disadvantages of each platform and model and the results of the research.This paper takes the construction project of digital campus of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College as the research object, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of digital campus, expounds the related technologies of SOA architecture, and discusses the important role of SOA architecture in the construction of digital campus, and constructs the digital campus model based on SOA technology, which provides a way for the construction of digital campus. The SOA architecture is applied in the construction of digital campus, and the platform of information standards and data sharing is built. The platform of unified identity authentication, unified information portal platform and application system integration solutions are formulated. The problem of "detached information islands" is eliminated. This paper can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the construction of digital campus.
