Ancient historical and cultural heritage of the carrier, is priceless historical treasures.Ancient buildings are man-made, However. Uncontrollable external damage will bring irreparable loss. As the inheritors and guardians of ancient buildings, we should re-understand and pay attention to the current situation and the status of Chinese ancient buildings, do better protection to Chinese ancient architecture, pass its cultural spirit from generation to generation. Our topic will apply RFID technology to the monitor and protection of ancient buildings effectively, design the software and hardware modules of the ancient architecture management system to achieve real-time monitoring of remote data from ancient architectures, fault warning and exception analysis, safety management as well.This subject designed and completed the ancient architecture management system(RFAMS system). We uses sensor technology to monitor real-time status of ancient buildings, and adopts RFID technology and Internet to transfer data to monitor ancient architecture management platform, achieves the real-time status monitoring and security management of ancient architectures. RFAMS system is divided into three parts, the perception layer and the application layer. The perception layer is meant to perceive the basic data of ancient architectures and artifacts, such as temperature, humidity and the illuminance. the main purpose is to collect basic data from each key part of the ancient building, which includes the software and hardware design of RFID sensor nodes and RFID Readers; network layer is aimed at data collection from below layer and data transmission with the server; the application layer of ancient architecture management system is responsible for remote monitoring and fault analysis of ancient architecture.
