Java E-based Banking Centralized Procurement System

In today’s digital information age, not a few enterprises begin launching network information management, of which, sourcing management is an indispensible part of enterprise information management. Traditional enterprise sourcing management is run via print media platforms, therefore lacking an approach for information management. It fails to satisfy the needs of digital development in this era. Banks, as a large-scale and multi-branch enterprise, may be faced with information asymmetry if information of branches cannot be spread and shared rapidly. Consequently, it results in repetitive sourcing and wastes. Therefore, it is necessary to realize informatization and centralization of sourcing management.JavaE-based banking centralized procurement system is designed for the shortcomings of sourcing management facing domestic banks. At first, the paper analyzes the research purposes, research significance and domestic and foreign research status of banking centralized procurement system, then highlights the necessity to develop the system and thereby analyzes and designs the whole logic system. The centralized system mainly includes management of product type, supplier database, application approval process, procurement process, contract approval process, reports, roles, rights and other functions. MVC model, Spring and Hibernate Framework are adopted for the model. In addition, DB2 database with the Eclipse development platform are used here as well.The innovation of the system lies in that it adopts the information security policy of RSA public key encryption algorithm digital signature for reviewing sourcing operation. In this system, sourcing management, contract approval and data query reviews are constructed. Based on it, it realizes centralized sourcing for the whole process, from application, sourcing approval, contract approval to sourcing implementation, thereby providing scientific and digital efficient management services for banks.
