SME-oriented Financial Reporting Management Service System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of economy, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are developing rapidly. They have provided many employment opportunities and they are becoming an Indispensable part of our national economy and are playing a special role in the development of national economy. However, some difficulties, such as finance and the rise of production cost, make the small and medium-sized enterprises in trouble, they cannot make use their advantages, such as "small and specialized" and "small and flexible". To this end, the government has set up a wide variety of funds that aims at providing funding and support for the small and medium-sized enterprises, such as:technological innovation funds, preferential tax and so on. These funds aim at supporting SMEs innovation and entrepreneurship, encouraging "the public business, public innovation". These funds can not only promote social equity and justice but also creating jobs and increasing incomes. These funds can guarantee the healthy development of SMEs. SMEs can get the support from governments by understanding the policy direction of financial support, improving business management and project qualification while building a strong implementation team to do the project application report.However, as there are so many kinds of government funds and the application process is very complicated, the SMEs cannot receive the policies and notifications in time. They also have difficulties in preparing the application material and understanding the application process. In order to receive the new policies and notifications, prepare materials, the SMEs always employ some professionals. Even through, they cannot guarantee the successful fund application.In order to solve the above problems and improve the success rate of funds, this thesis proposes a SMEs fund application management service system. This system are mainly comprised of four parts:SME accreditation, project reporting, financial and tax planning and government support funds. This system can help the SMEs get the government policies, notifications, application materials and application process quickly. So, the government funds can be used specially. The SMEs that need financial support can get these government funds. This system start from the technology and financial and tax advisory services, combined with business operations. Furthermore, this system use a "one only, one-line tracking" mode, so it can manage the client resources, business operations and business activities implementation process.
