Design And Implementation Of Financial Management Systems For SMEs

Small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of national economy. In economic development and social stability, it plays an important role. With the economic development, SME will spread into large-scale application stage, which gives financial software vendor specializing in the production great business opportunities. However, due to the small size of their output, lower capital and technology constitute the situation of SMEs and their own development and the market economy are not suited to support in financial management.This dissertation mainly discusses the application of accounting treatment system software in SMEs. It tries to develop a safe, efficient and suitable financial software system for SMEs. Research and implementation of three main aspects are discussed from system overview, system analysis, and system design.The system is fully functional, user-friendly interface, stable operation, management. Maintenance can be done daily SMEs financial information, and help provide a reference for the future development of similar systems.The FMS is generally divided into nine modules:To enhance the security of the FMS when it is running, the programming language is JAVA which is widely used current. Focusing on the security of the FMS, the architecture of the system is B/S which makes the completely separate between browser and server, which also makes it completely isolated to access the database server from browser. The function modules are of basic and most important in the daily financial management, and have a strong practical value. And it make us better understand the nature of financial management and its purpose. At the same time, the FMS is in a small scale. The investment of the development cost less. And the sales prices of the FMS are low. All the reasons make the FMS more and more popular in SMEs which can afford to pay such a price.
