In the recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the accelerating rhythm of life, and the improvement of living standards, psychological health is becoming more and more important for people’s happiness, achievements, and the harmony of our society. Excessive stress will make a person suffer from psychological problems or even mental illness. Because the front-line grass-root rescuers are working in the high risk and strength environment for a long time, their psychological pressure is much greater than the general population. If the pressure is not controlled relieved and dredged in a appropriate way, it will destroy their daily work and life, which in the long run may affect the social stability and harmony.Currently, in virtual consulting services are appearing in all areas of our life. Starting from E-Mail, Web forms and messages, Virtual Consulting servers and gradually developed into the form of man-machine dialogue to achieve psychological counseling functions. In the early period of the system design, to complete the process of system analysis and design, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted to obtain system requirements, and grounded theory were used to analyze the interview data. After the design is completed, we build the psychological support systems based on Browser/Server architecture. This research mainly examines the multiple paths of the human-computer interaction process. Through exploring the psychological demands of rescuers, this system can realize the psychological support for the rescuers with the effective human-computer interaction design. This thesis researched end-user experiences with psychological support systems, and realizes the research purpose with the human-computer interaction technology. Moreover, this study explores the applications of human-computer interaction technology in a real life setting.
