The Study Of Dynamic Change Of The Mental Model By Learning Functions Of Academic Search System In The Human-compute Interaction Environment

In the environment of human-computer interaction, when people learning to use the search system, especially the novice users, they prefer to use the help of online form. however currently the system help is not ideal, resulting in barriers for them to learn.Accordingly, this paper based on the concept of "user-centric", studying users'mental models and its dynamic changes by learning functions of the search interface,designed to reveal the law of internal cognition,and tye to provide the basis for building a better e-learning environment.Firstly, this paper reviews the HCI and learning qustions of searching field roundly. Then study the theory of mental model and its dynamic changes,especially introduce the method of MCMC and grounded theory method. Based on these theory method, the paper analyses the structure and the changing mechanism of the mental model by learning interface of search system. Finally, the paper design an experiment of search learning,and use methods upwards to study the change of the mental model,and provide some suggests for improving the designing of search interface.
