For the realization of the national "twelfth five-year" plan to "economical campus construction" for the campus planning, design, construction and management of basic principles. Key to build a conservation-minded campus collection saving energy, water, land, material saving and environmental protection, social benefit, economic benefit and environment benefit with the combination of whole life cycle of smart green campus.Campus supervision platform is in this context, is to meet the national colleges and universities the needs of building a green intelligent campus design and development, is an important core of campus green intelligent system, its main implementation:(1) energy consumption monitoring module, realize the monitoring for the campus energy consumption situation;(2) the energy saving monitoring module, real time to control;(3) energy consumption analysis module, by comparison with similar lateral comparison, historical longitudinal energy consumption management provide a reference basis for the school;(4) the energy consumption statistics module, provides various public schools need to energy consumption statistics and school custom statistics;(5) the energy consumption of the public module, school buildings, guiding the teachers and students cultivate energy-saving habits;(6) energy audit module, the realization of the energy consumption of standard management, combined with the energy consumption of the energy consumption quota management, support the real-time and periodic audit department, building energy consumption quota usage, check the energy consumption compared with similar benchmarking object;(7) system management module, the realization of the management of the system. Technical implementation using c # language to build four layers architecture, database using Post Gresql V9.2 background database management, real-time database using Redis V2.2, the campus supervision platform also use the configuration technology and plug-in technology. After the system put into use achieved good application effect, to meet the design expectations.Finally displayed to the users of the man-machine interface, including: power saving electricity classrooms, dormitories electricity saving, street lamp, water quantity management, lighting energy saving, heat management section.
