In the identification of military equipment, measurement of motion parameters is essential and important, especially maneuvering target external parameter measurement (external measurement for short) is an important reference for weapon and equipment test, and an important means and basis for the judgment of national defense science and technology levels and evaluation of weapon equipment. Based on the needs of practical engineering application, this paper analyzes the needs and methods of target motion parameters measurement, studies photogrammetry method, and discusses the application of photogrammetry in the calculation of maneuvering target motion parameter. The main results achieved is as follows:1、We have studied photogrammetry technical features, development state, perspective projection model and measuring coordinate system, deduced projection model and coordinate transformation relations, and analyzed three ways to calculate movement parameters including waiting measurement, tracking measurement and airborne measurement;2、Photogrammetry system was constructed in the paper, with two cameras used from both sides of the object to monitor the process of maneuvering target motion. After extracting pixel coordinates, a calibrated camera matrix was used to measure and analyze the maneuvering target motion parameters such as position, posture and speed. The basic design of photogrammetry system was completed. Scenarios defined high-speed photogrammetry system, including basic composition, key function and technical specification, high speed photogrammetry system overall process, evaluation process, calibration process, the internal interface and external interface relationships. For the engineering application, we have choosed nine camera installation position and field of view, analyzed and calculated the position and attitude measurement precision, the deformation correction precision of platform. This paper gaved the basic hardware design of high-speed camera unit and high-speed image processing equipment, and completed the basic software design of high-speed image processing software and integrated analysis software;3> Based on the photogrammetry scheme, this paper further analyzed the main factors affecting the accuracy of the photogrammetry, established the concerned error model, including the errors model of resolution,and the errors model of image features extraction, and the errors model of target movement and time synchronization, and the deformation errors model of camera installation platform, and the errors model of target features. For fixed intersection angle and resolution of surface, this paper carried out errors simulation calculation of photogrammetry.The results of this study can provide reference and support for the design and accuracy analysis of other photogrammetry system.
