This dissertation mainly focuses on key technologies of binocular stereo industrial photogrammetry and Its applications , The main works and contributions are summarized as follows:1,The approximately precision formula of binocular stereo industrial photogrammetry is deduced , which proves reasonable based on experiment .2,A camera calibration of self calibration bundle adjustment based on ridge estimate is put forward ,which can overcome the parameters muhicollinearity that bring on in instability of the results .3,A direct algorithm of calibrating binocular camers structural parameters based on one dimensional target of unknow motion is put forward .Then the scheme of calibrating binocular camers structural parameters under instability condition and quick calibration is given .4,A high precision of edge decetion algorithm is put forward ,it shows though experments accurater than canny algorithm .The speed of improved Steger algorithm proves quicker than the originally Steger algorithm . A new algorithm based on double threshold is presented and adopted to identify the region of round artificial targets, and then the targets'center were located by square gray weighted. The speed of algorithm is three times of canny with algorithm fitted algorithm, and its precision reached 0.33 pixel .5,Berzier curve is used to fit the line and its matched based on epipolar line . The round artificial targets matching problem is studied, then this paper propose no-driver mathing algorithm which proves to be right though the experment .6,A iterative optimization intersection algorithm based on common perpendicular constraint is put forward ,which can improve the precision of three-dimensional coordinate .7,To dynamicly test the plate slot array antennathe in basal problem of military electronic equipment electromechanical coupling which is military 973 project ,a system of measuring radar dynamic defoemation based on stereo industrial photogrammetry is developed .8,To solve the practical problem of automeasuring ceramic bricks , a system of automeasuring the shape and size of ceramic bricks based on stereo industrial photogrammetry is developed .
