In order to adapt the quick development of the city, and overcome the limitation of the photogrammetry, the problem about the fieldwork of low-altitude photogrammetry , the data processing of the indoor work ,the precision and the modeling of the city based on the low-altitude photogrammetry should be researched . And this paper introduces the problems about the aerial photogrammetry , the low-altitude photogrammetry and the 3D modeling of the city . With the data of the tests , this paper studies three parts specially . They are the data processing of the indoor work about the low-altitude photogrammetry , aerotriangulation, DEM, DOM and the 3Dmodeling of the city based on the low-altitude photogrammetry and the 3D survey of groundsill side . Besides that the methods to solve the problems are also researched in this paper . By doing that the paper summarized some experience about the low-altitude photogrammetry and the 3D modeling of the city and some methods to improve the precision of the data .And based on the researches ,the paper discusses the future of photogrammetry.
