The concept of multiple-input-multiple-output(MIMO) has brought a new era in the evolution of modern wireless communication. As one of the key technologies in the next mobile communication system, MIMO plays an important role in improving the overall quality of mobile communication systems. In this thesis, I focuse on MIMO channel capacity, transmission rate and channel coding implementation methods for intereference channel. The main work are listed in the following.1. Paper gives a brief introduction to the conception of MIMO technology, its state-of-art of the domestic and overseas researches, its practical applications, its achievements and challenges.2. A channel model is built based on wireless communication network and MIMO channel properties, and the MIMO channel capacities are also derived carefully by using Matrix theory; several simulations of channel capacity for typical invariable parameters system are performed and analyzed, mainly involving the researches on the correlation between channel capacity and the separation distance of two adjacent antenna.3. Paper constructs a multi-user mathematical model of uplink and downlink MIMO system. Based on this model, the capacity region of multiple-access-channel(MAC) is shown and analyzed by illustrating several examples. For the transmission schemes of broadcasting channel(BC) are simulated and made a comparison for each other, such as, channel inversion, block diagonalization, dirty-paper coding and THP precoding.4. Based on the two-user Gaussian interference channel model and LDPC code, paper analyzes the capacity bound of HK coding scheme and gives the corresponding feasibility design including the system diagrams of encoding and decoding component and theoretical support, respectively, which is early-stage exploration without simulation results.
