In recent years our country economy continues to develop, continue to rise, the highway transportation highway vehicles overrun overload transportation problem at all levels are becoming more common, so overrun overload transportation vehicle’s governance has become the focus of the society, overloading transfinite highway management system and research is very necessary.This thesis mainly studies the highway overloading transfinite management system based on binocular recognition technology and multi-sensor measurement technology on testing vehicle for testing and highway administration internal information management main work is as follows:First, proposed the highway overloading transfinite overall architecture design of management system, mainly including the system design thought, system of overall architecture and workflow of the system and the system hardware deployment scheme of four aspects.Then, respectively from binocular identification technology and multi-sensor measuring weight two aspects to the size and weight of the vehicle information collection was studied, and the detection speed and accuracy has been improved, can better to complete the detection task this solution can improve the precision in weighing and saving time in the process of testing, to ensure the staffs working efficiency, and will not result in a testing station traffic congestion.Second, system software part adopts B/S structure to build, on the system design, the database of the criteria for written to the database, realize the detection system to identify the call, at the same time convenient for national standard changes, the foreground detection system has carried on the design and implementation of each function module, realized each information decision and detection of vehicle data query and statistical functions, can realize the vehicle backend administration of high-speed information function module design and implementation, completed the system of administrative rights configuration, each department released information management, strategy and the testing station information query function.Finally, on the basis of the Eclipse platform, using the Java language and Mysql database, through the thought of software engineering for implementing the system, the system is implemented to meet the expected design goal.
