Partymanagementis an important partof national development; information management is in favor ofpublicity of party affairs,party information dissemination,and public’s right to know. When dealingwith hazardous events, it helps to spread information quickly and acquire an extensive public opinionandrecommendation, which can be taken asan important basis fordecision-making. The advent of the Internet also canprovideaplatformto reflectpublic opinion, helping to eliminate the contradictionsbetweenthepeople and thegovernment; it is more conducive toconsolidate the party’sposition andcrisis managementThe paper takes J2 EEarchitecture, and achieves seamless connectivity with itsmultiple interfaces, improvesporting by the common standards, which is conducive to the effectiveconversion among platforms. My SQL databaseand MVCalso help toachievesuccessful development.The users willbe divided into ordinaryusers and administratorsuser.The administratorcanmanage partyinformation, developmentof party members, party information, system information, notification information, messages etc.. It has the highest privilege in the system.While the ordinaryusers have the rights of querying their personalinformation, party information, message information, announcements and so on.According to the survey,the systemis divided intosix modules: the partymanage mentmodule, party developmentmodule, party management module, bulletininformation management, message management, and system management module.Party management moduleaims at managing information about party organization, meeting held, the committeeand other informationmanagement, includingbasicinformation management,businessmanagement(organizational records, democratic apprai salrecords, the partypraise records), committee mana gement(membermanagement,generalmanagement). Partydeve lopmentmo duleisto manage the process of joining the party about the staff in the guidecenter, including applicants, activists,development objectmanagement. Partymanagement module consists ofbasic information,paymanagement, rewards and punishmentsmanagement, and histor icalpartymanagement. Announcementinformation management module is a column for majorinformation in the guide center, includingpartynews, rewardinformation,important speeches. Messagemanagementmoduleis an effective platform by which people canprovidesadvice tosuperior leaders, including message moduleandrecovery module. System management moduleincludes usermanagement, datadictionary maintenance, database recovery, security logsand othersub-blocks.User manage mentmodule is responsibleforusermanagement systemwithin theparty;datadictionary maintenanceis to maintain data fields involved in themanagementsystem; securitylog managementrecords information when systemis under the normal runningoperation,providing available information when systemfailsto run and needs to be repaired.In this paper,the conceptstructureandphysical structure of database are elaborated;and modules are designed and analyzed in a detailed way.After system test, the results show that the systembasically realized theuser requirements, getting the higher reliability andsecurity.
