The Design And Implementation Of Institution Establishment Management System

Now the computer in people’s daily life and work has been very popular,the computer application has spread to almost all of the enterprises,institutions because of the particularity of the nature of the business is the popularization of the computer application. Through the application of computer to the personnel of the institutions management,has the advantages of high efficiency,high reliability,high speed,storage capacity etc.,utilize the computer to carry on the effective management of save manpower cost,improve work efficiency,and these advantages are institutions and personnel management needs,through the computer makes the institutions of the personnel management more standardized, efficient, each business unit personnel management system is not the same,and the corresponding personnel management information system is not the same,each business unit and system to match the business management information system.The traditional manual way to manage the personnel information has many disadvantages,the most typical problem is that the information is not convenient to store,the secrecy is bad,the work efficiency is low. Compared with the traditional institutions,the system is more intelligent and information system. Module of the system design in each module can be divided into many small modules,each module is independent each other and complement each other,through the module combination and relevance can realize multi institutions compile data upload,download,and query operations.The actual operation shows that,the system has the foreground application interface simple and flexible operation, system data storage security, agencies and institutions of retrieval efficiency higher characteristic,this system can effectively save the agencies and institutions of the resources, so the system has a strong theoretical value and practical application value, popularization and application in China’s other enterprises and public institutions,etc..
