The Design And Implementation Of Mobile OA System Based On Think PHP Framework

Along with the development of enterprise informatization, more and more enterprises and companies begin to adopt business management concept with advanced concept of management and design to improve enterprise internal culture and value. As the most commonly used enterprise management system, OA system is the management system which most enterprises must have. China Mobile Quanzhou Branch Company is mainly responsible for the management of China Mobile telecom business, and the company has more than 2000 employees for management. In order to facilitate the transmission of information, electronic processing of internal business processes and the accumulation of documents and information, this paper has carried out the design and implementation of mobile OA system.In this paper, the design and implementation of mobile OA system is divided into three subsystems, respectively, web system, backstage subsystem, mobile subsystem, wherein the web system is for the management subsystem in Web users, mainly to complete the function of document transmission management, group management function, flow transportation management functions; background the sub system is a subsystem of configuration management for mobile OA system, responsible for personnel management, process configuration, message management and system management and other core business; and mobile business management subsystem is the subsystem of Android platform and IOS platform application, including system login, pending work orders, work orders, to read to sign documents, job search, mail list, application settings, function.Based on the full summary history of OA system, management experience, and combine the development trend of the current mobile OA system, carry out the design and development of mobile OA system in combination with the actual business of Quanzhou mobile company. The whole mobile OA system is designed according to the idea of software engineering design, and it has experienced the software phase such as functional requirements analysis, non-functional requirements analysis, system design and system implementation.The main innovation of the research is: first, the OA system is combined the Quanzhoumobile company’s practical business forthedesignof abundant function module; second, this system constructed background system based on Think PHP framework, thereby improving the overall system scalability and ease of development; three, the web browser and Android and IOS platform are designed respectively and allows users can access OA system through different platforms.The mobile OA system which realized in this paper has been applied in Quanzhou Mobile Corporation, which has already become the most frequently used business system and has been widely praised by the general staff. With the application of OA system, it can realize the effective precipitation and accumulation of corporate culture and intangible assets, strengthen the management system of enterprises and make the cooperation more efficient between enterprises.
