The 21 st century is an era of information. Information Technology has changed the way people work and live in all aspects. With the development of computer technology and a wide spread of computer-based information in economics and social sciences, IT has been widely used in various fields, especially in information management. Computers have become an essential management tool. This paper analyzes existing problems in the carton production management system to enable a newly designed system to achieve its goal. In summary of the results of research and practice both at home and abroad, based on successful experience of warehouse management information systems, a Think PHP-based carton management information software has been launched. This paper focuses on the development of a Think PHP-based carton management system, and covers specific achievements: the system requirements for the project, and specially designed interface.1. The design achieves a multiple paper card optimal algorithms. By automatic comparison and magnitude calculation, all the paper meets multiple cards, reaches the least waste paper cartons multiple-degree cards, saves users a lot of calculations, and reduces the probability of error, avoiding unnecessarily wasted cardboard and thus becoming cost-effective. An optimal algorithm for multiple card means:(1) This produces a minimum number of generators(waste minimization);(2) the largest multiple cards are produced(fast speed production. This means: a production line can simultaneously produce four cardboard cartons. If we can cut out a paper format to an area of four cartons, then it can simultaneously produce four cartons; cardboard cut out to the area of three cartons can simultaneously produce there cardboard boxes, when the speed of a production line is constant, when the card multiples at four, the production speed will be faster. Firstly, we need to calculate the amplitude of waste paper produced at the least, and the largest multiple of the card selection under the same condition, which is the optimal algorithm for multiple cards.2. We have designed a Think PHP-based warehouse management system software. In the designing and development process, it re-defines the structure of data targeting at small and medium orders, which are scattered and short-cycled. We then propose a multi-intelligent management program based on this: this program is made by integrating sales, production, finances, warehousing and basic information database. When we simply enter the size of the ordered carton, the computer automatically calculates the carton material specifications, prices and areas.3. Based on the above, we have accomplished a visual carton production management system. The system consists of a Think PHP framework and a My SQL database, producing a warehouse management software, a production management software, a smart finance management software, thus increasing efficiency plus more transparent and more efficient management. Our accomplishments also include raw material storage checking in and checking out, and a scientific system of visualized intelligent scheduling management. The system created has many functions, such as reducing employee stress, reducing wastage, reducing costs, enhancing corporate image, computerized note delivery, standardized management, enhancing market competitiveness. Through the control system, such information as orders, customers, the inventory, the production, finances and other information can all be well organized, ensuring more standardization and more modernization in factory management. An accurate, clear, convenient and efficient work completion can be achieved through inquiries, input, modifications, deletion, review and other functions.
