Excavation Design Support Calculation Software

With the increasing number of high-rise buildings, deep excavation is more common, and in many excavation method, soil nailing method has been acclaimed. However, soil nailing design, a huge amount of computing, engineers need to spend a lot of time, and has been. Therefore, for the design of soil nailing support, we use Matlab computer software and Casio calculator program, carried out functional development of soil nailing support checking and optimization of the design. Specific contents of the article is completed with the following aspects:(1) The development of soil nailing wall support design software with MATLAB program, including the GUI graphical user interface and the M callback function. Based on the 2012 edition of "building foundation pit supporting technology" as the design basis, the program of soil nailing and soil nailing wall optimization design program is designed.(2) The computer software for the checking calculation of soil nailing wall is developed. Checking program function:using the circular slice method on the analysis of the overall stability of soil nailing; initially set the slope sliding arc center, with the aid of the computer to determine slip surface center where; calculation of bearing capacity of soil nailing; sliding overall stability analysis of soil nailing wall interior; stability analysis of soil nailing wall overall anti slip; anti overturning stability analysis.(3) The development of soil nail wall supporting checking software using orthogonal test method for statistical, of soil nail wall supporting door checking factors were analyzed. The results show that the soil nailing support structure of the safety factor of the influence from large to small is as follows:the inclination of soil nail, the nail length, spacing.(4) Developed soil nailing support optimization design of computer software, process optimization:changing of soil nailing inclination, vertical and horizontal spacing calculation value to design multiple sets of supporting scheme is selected out the economic design of soil nailing wall scheme.(5) The calculator software of soil nail wall design module is developed. Based on basic program language to Casio FX9860 g II calculator program, the soil nailing wall calculator software were developed, the calculator program includes the development of base module, module of earth pressure, stability of soil nailing wall modle.(6) Based on the computer software, the depth of foundation pit is 8.8 meters, and the design of the concrete engineering, the calculation results of the bearing capacity and the calculation results are compared and analyzed, and the error is in accordance with the engineering requirements. Economic optimization design results can achieve the purpose of cost saviugs.
