With the rapid development of computer science and image processing technology, color image processing is becoming more and more popular, especially the color transfer technology is a hot and difficult topic. The color and style of the traditional migration only in computer use, object-oriented relatively small, the efficiency is not high, the effect is not very good. This paper mainly studies the color style migration technology for mobile phone application, designs and implements an image color transfer system with high efficiency and high quality for mobile phone application. The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1) For the problem of the efficiency when pick up image color style, the author researches and puts forward the method of image color style extraction based on binary value method. First, a suitable color space is selected according to the research needs. Then identify eight lattices in eight direction according to the factors such as the possible range that image feature points generate, and the proportion of points in the image. Use the binary value method to select appropriate feature points in the eight dot matrix, and add two weighted operation on the pixel. Finally, calculate a more precise value of the image color features. Experimental results show that the image color style extraction method based on the method of two value is feasible and effective.(2) For the problem of drawing image point by point in the application of mobile phone:the author researches and puts forward the point by point image drawing method that based on Quartz2D. First, according to the target image to create graphics context of drawing bitmap, and make transformation and adaption for graphics context coordinates. Combine with the color features value of the template image, then the target image with style transferred. Finally, the obtained graphics context will be drawn into the image and output. Experimental results show that the image point by point method based on Quartz2D is effective and feasible.(3) For the problem of image particulars restoration after style transferred:the author researches and puts forward the color balance and contour correction method based on Metal. First,obtain the image with style transferred and make color and space transformation for it according to the formula. Then generate image filter to make a process of color balance for the image; For the problem of the edge information loss,the method is make a sharpening process for the image and modify its contour. Finally,export the image with modified and style transferred. Experimental results show that the color balance and contour correction method based on Metal is effective and feasible.(4) Designing and archieving the image color style transfer system which orient to mobile phone application. In order to improve the user’s using experience, the author designs and achieves five modules as user-defined template image, image color migration, image particulars correction, user interface established and audio production. The final completion of oriented mobile applications of image color style transfer system. Finally, the image color transfer system of mobile phone application oriented has been completed. The actual operation results show that the system of image color style transfer runs well.
