Design And Implementation Of A Credit Card Integration Management System

In recent years, along with the rapid economic development in China, credit card industry has seen extremely fast development. In particular, credit card integral plays a vitally important role in promoting card issuing and using. However, at present, the credit card center still adopts manual process to deal with the settlement of activity points at the time of conducting integral generalization activity, which exists possibility of long settlement cycle and human error. It is disadvantageous to improving service quality and satisfaction degree of customer.The purpose of this paper is to design an integral system which can set up integral generalization activity according to parameterization and complete integration settlement automatically after activity so as to enrich the category of credit card integral activity and improve the satisfaction degree of customer.In terms of system design, this paper starts from the current situation of credit card integral management and refers to the management experience of integral activity at home and abroad so as to sort out the flow path of credit card integration activity. In accordance with the complete flow of credit card integration activity, the main function points for business requirements of credit card integral management system are summarized. And in accordance with function points of business requirements, it makes further design of corresponding demand points of system function.As for system implementation, in accordance with the demand points of system function designed in system design, this paper is guided by the technical theory of J2 EE multilayer framework and uses JAVA? HTML technology as well as adopts the powerful oracle data base technique to implement the system with consideration of security, usability, and expandability. At last, the system test is conducted to be acceptance inspection of this system.With the implementation of this system, it can implement the point accumulation activity's flexible and diversified configuration. It can also conduct T+1 day's automatic liquidation for accumulated points after the starting of the activity in order to improve the efficiency of sending accumulated points and decrease errors in the meantime, improve the efficiency of banking and customer's satisfaction degree and increase the credit card's competency in its industry.
