Residential Property Management System Design

This article designed a residential property management system by using the ASPsoftware. The system mainly covers the creation and maintenance of the background databaseand the development of the front-end application. This design by applying the basic principlesand methods of the software engineering can create the community information database andcharge、record and sum up all the expenses.In the paper, the operation interface and method of application of the ASP software wereintroduced including the writing and compilation of the programs. In addition, the fabricationprocess of the forms and operation methods of the Dreamweaver MX and Access to design theinterface and database of the system were also presented. What’s more, the experiences andfeelings of the author during the study and application in the software development were kindlyshared. And the shortcomings and the insufficiency during the realization process of the systemwere also discussed.It realizes a more convenient way for the man-machine interaction by designing kindoperation interface, which has defined the identity and authority of the system administratorand common administrator. This system comprehensively consider the daily work of theproperty management, which contains the creating of databases of the proprietor, residence andcarport and the realizing of the entering, updating, deleting and inquiry functions of thecorresponding informations. It guarantees the comprehensive service for the owners in theresidential compounds.The author hopes to change the manual operating mode in the past of the propertymanagement of residence by the realizing of the system in order to make the propertymanagement concise, informationized and accuralized. Finally, it is expected to effectivelyincrease the economic benefit of the community investors by promoting service perception ofthe proprietor and the band strength of the residential property with improving the effiency of the property management.Specific function：1．System login：user login，change password，user log out.2．Basic information：housing information, resident information management.3． Property management： depot management, household repair management,management of equipment maintenance toll administration, residents complaints.4．Data statistics report：residents complaints statistics, residents report statistics,equipment maintenance statistics.
