Design And Implementation Of Network Office System Based On ASP.NET For Xilingol Vocational College

With the popularity of the Internet, the necessary conditions are provided for network office. Modern office system is a comprehensive and new technology which is integrated with system science, network information technology and behavior science. It makes full use of the information resources of the school to improve the efficiency of the school work, and promotes the development of the school. So the office system makes the process institutionalized and standardization, it can get good results. Office system is part of the information platform in school, the application of office system can reduce the labor intensity of the staff, improve the quality of office, improve the office environment, reduce the error rate, shorten the office cycle, eliminating the "information island". Therefore, it is necessary to develop a network office system which is suitable for school. The office system is designed for Xilingol Vocational College. The main features of this system are the add functions. It added the function of schedule management and attendance management. The general staff and leadership can carry on effective management to their work schedule in schedule management, thereby providing staff and leadership work efficiency. In attendance management, the staff for class can manage in attendance management, it prevents the occurrence on leakage of post, and greatly enhanced the binding to the staff, the school efficiency in management was significantly enhanced. In this paper,the network office system is developed by ASP.NET technology, the system structure is B/S structure, the development language is C# language, the database is SQL Server Database. The research content of this paper is mainly from the following aspects:(1) The necessity of developing the network office system and the key technology are put forward, and the research status of office system is analyzed.(2) According to the requirements of the school, the system carries out the feasibility and functional requirement analysis, the use case of administrators and ordinary users are analyzed..(3) According to the requirement of the system, the system is designed. Firstly, the goal and modeling method of the system are put forward, and the system is modeled by using UML modeling method. In the system, the database is designed, which includes the design of logical design and table structure. Three main functional modules of the system are designed in detail.(4) At last, the system is implemented. The database is connected to the database, and the three function modules of the system are realized. It includes the design of flow chart and the interfaces of the system. When the system is completed it is tested. The test includes the function and the performance separately. The test results show that the system meets the expected goals, it can be used in school.At present, the network office system has been used in Xilingol Vocational College, the use of the system in the college enhances the office efficiency to To a large extent.
