The monitoring system described in this thesis is designed and empolderred based on an actual engineering project. This system is used to gather and process the temperature and pressure signals in the process of liquid molding. Combined with the project requirements, the high-precision and full-featured ADAM 4018+ data acquisition modules constitute the hardware equipment of the system; the Visual Studio 2012 integrated development environment is used to develop the upper-computer software and the C# programming language is used to write the corresponding program to complete the design and development of user interface; SQL Server 2008 is used to achieve the database design of this system and realize the function of data storage. This thesis researches on the monitoring system of multi-channel temperature and pressure.According to the actual requirements of the project, this thesis completes the following work.Firstly, the paper introduces the overall design of the hardware device and describes in detail the each component of the hardware equipment. After connecting the eight ADAM 4018+ data acquisition modules with the power module, the hardware data collection platform is completed. Then, the article analyzes the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol which is used by the communication between the host computer software and hardware equipment. The communication between the host computer software and hardware equipment is realized through design and development of the program. According to the project requirements, this thesis selects the development platform to develop the host computer software and designs the business process of the system according to the specific functional requirements. The host computer software is the WinForm application of the.NET platform. By using the DevExpress control library in conjunction with the VS’s own controls and writing the corresponding program, host computer software is completed. It achieves the function of the acquisition of data, real-time display of the each node of the module, real-time curve display of the data of each channel, the export of data and so on. According to the overall design of the database, this article designs a database for storing user information and real-time data information. The host computer software interacts with the database through ADO.NET. The data gathered can be imported into MATLAB for further analysis. This thesis analyzes the cross correlation of different temperature signals by MATLAB according to the principle of cross-correlation function.By testing, the monitoring system of multi-channel temperature and pressure can continuously gather data. The host computer software can process data conveniently and interact with the database efficiently. This system is fully functional and can operate stability so that it can be well applied to the process of the liquid molding.
