The construction of laboratory has always been the focus of the development of college. Now in the Internet era, this can’t be separated from the management of information technology. As we can see from OA System, Educational Management System and so on which are very common, a set of reasonable and convenient system design has a great effect on the management and development.For the special unit in college--Laboratory, there should be a suitable system to assist the construction and management. This paper is focused on the conditions of Laboratory construction in CUGB. With the formation of the design idea after the actual demand and planning, we use a series of technical means to assist the completion of the establishment of Laboratory. In one hand, we use the SSH frame to design a software for different roles to use such as student and administrator. Students can first appoint the equipment for their need and then receive the equipment which has been appointed from the laboratory. Second for those students who have no workstation, the software system support the appointment of rights to use the time segment of laboratory as well as Online seat selection which is as convenient as selecting cinema seats on the Internet. Then the system requires payment for using the equipment in laboratory. The expenses are deducted from the student’s innovative experiment project, in this way, students don’t need to pay by themselves and the funds of the project can be used properly and reasonably. The system also include some basic function for students which enrich the system; Administrators can not only manage all the information, such as students information, equipment information, experiment projects information and so on, but also can assign different rights for different students to let these students help to manage laboratory, so that we can establish the function of approval flow to examine and approve the reimbursement of the funds and equipment repair. On the other hand, we use RFID to manage personnel and equipment in and out. The Card reader can not only read the ID of student cards but also can read the number of RFID tag. In the software system, we develop Mapreduce program to analyses the log which is consist of RFID tag read of equipment and statement of equipment to generate statistical charts. At the same time, we use RPC communication protocol to complete the transmission of data between client and server instead of using the commonly used Socket communications.Besides of introducing the basic functions, this paper focus on the design of the most important appointment recommendation function and the use of the communication mode between the nodes in distributed file system in data transmission.
