Throughout recent years, the domestic carriers’ response to the Internet shock wave was fatigued and weak. In order to change this situation, China Mobile Corporation introduced the open mobile platforms according to the Service Delivery Architecture (SDA) planning and implementation of the principles from multiple aspects. This open mobile platform provide developers with richer ways to open, call and integrate business abilities. This open mobile platform consists of the three major systems:management system that provides portal management and public administration functions, access systems that provides capacity to uniform external interface for terminal or servers and authentication system that provides security control mechanism, authentication and billing functions.Since China Mobile Corporation take the demand to develop an open mobile platform to the agenda in 2010, the OMP(Open Mobile Platform) has landed in three provinces. During the online operation and follow-up needs assessment some drawbacks are gradually exposed:OMP was not a stand-alone system, it should cooperate with some original system of provinces such as BOSS and LBMP. Due to some features of domestic carriers, the same requirements between the provinces there are more or less some differences that in turn increase the burden of development, test of system; Service demand burst more than expected, and the imperfection of original architecture result in the weakness of meeting the new occurred service needs. This paper analyses current authentication system operation performance, and then take adjustments to optimize system performance. In this paper we discuss specific execute solution to optimize the authentication system performance. And take the related performance tests to compare with original authentication system, to verify the optimization with the effectiveness and feasibility analysis and program implementation with actual data.First of all we introduced the background of the open mobile platform, which provides an overview of the generation, development and the current situation of the open mobile platform. And take an overall view of the authentication system’s architecture, module functions. In the end of this chapter, we assess the problems of authentication system, including the overall architecture. Chapter 2 we begins with research of the typical J2EE application performance problems, from two main aspects including JDK tuning and database optimization. Then we investigate the throughout authentication systems, and take analysis of the current problems in the authentication system from two aspects. Chapter 3 is the primary part of this paper, based on the thought of the performance optimization mentioned above, We fix some incorrect parts of its architecture, adjust front proxy server, simplify message procedure; we simplify the message handling process, as well as adding route and heartbeat management; To service processing nodes we introduce of high-performance cache in order to improve the efficiency of data read. The last chapter, we carried on some performance test on the adjusted system and compared it with original’s performance. Related performance test statistic data proved effectiveness and feasibility of the optimized authentication system.
