With the development of the Internet of Things(IoT), the development of the wireless sensor technology is accelerated. The ZigBee wireless network technology has many characteristics, such as the huge number of network nodes, self-organizing multi-hop network, short distance wireless connection and low-power wireless transmission, which is widely used in the IoT.Wireless fire alarm systems is designed based on ZigBee by using the technology of ZigBee wireless network of this article, and the shortcomings of traditional fire alarm system can be redeemed by the wireless fire alarm systems. What’s more, the algorithm of data fusion is proposed to deal with and decision-making for the environmental information. The reliability and stability of system are improved. In the hardware system, the information(such as ambient temperature, smoke concentration and CO concentration data) is collected by using a terminal node CC2530 ZigBee network, which the environmental monitoring is achieved. The main controller STM32F103 and coordinator node are connected with serial port of GPRS module, GPRS module receives the environmental information which is handled by the main controller. The information of environmental data is transferred to the web server by the GPRS data transmission network, and the web sites are built by using PHP technology. At the same time, the environment information can be real-time monitored by user in the PC terminal or mobile terminal.The data fusion technology what this article proposes is applied to fire alarm system. The characteristics of environmental data are extracted by using BP neural network algorithm optimized by the LM method. After adding the fire alarm time, the fuzzy reasoning technology is used to judge whether the fire occurs, which make the system more intelligent. It also reduces the false alarm rate and false negative rate of the system.Under the experimental environment, the fire data are collected to verify the system functions and control strategies of experimental. It shows that a good cooperation among ZigBee modules, master STM32F103, GPRS module and the Web server, the data collection of environment temperature, smoke concentration and CO concentration are achieved, and the real-time monitoring and management of the fire are also realized. Experimental simulation results show that the stability and accuracy of the system are improved by using the control strategy.
