The Design And Implementation Of Sichuan Province Highway Mangement System

Along with our country economy high speed development, the domestic highway construction projects has been developing, domestic second- and third-tier cities are mostly open highway. On the other hand, with the constant improvement of the domestic consumption level, and the rapid growth of the automobile industry, the proportion of people buying private cars to swell, causing domestic car ownership well beyond the city planning accomodation. Therefore, based on the rapid development of domestic highway construction projects, and the rapid growth of the domestic automobile users, running ability of highway toll system in a huge challenge. Especially for highway toll inefficiency, a large number of congestion of the status quo of domestic first-tier cities have gradually ETC to the implementation of the charging system(no parking charge system, in order to slow down the highway toll station pressure of congestion.Sichuan is the economic hub in southwest China, its highway system has developed this year, and sichuan are already being taken in a highway toll management system ETC. Sichuan expressway ETC management system not only accelerates the sichuan highway informationization construction process, and brought great contribution to traffic in the province.This paper adopts B/S system structure, software architecture using SSH framework(struts + spring + hibernate) three architecture; Database using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database, the background in the JAVA language development, USES Ajax and webservic technology; Front desk using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and other software development technology. Paper main research work is as follows:1) analysis of the highway ETC computer aided management system research background and significance of the topic, analyses the current situation of the development of related technology at home and abroad; And further research on paper related technologies are introduced.2) the demand for paper makes a detailed analysis, including the system business processes, functional requirements and non-functional requirements analysis.3) according to the request of system requirements analysis, further elaborated the system detailed design work. Including the principle of system design, database designand the design of each functional module.4) to complete the function of the system implementation and testing, system testing of system function and system performance testing respectively.Through the above research work, the system has been studied in the text in the province and the actual development and application in the highway toll station.
