The Development Of The Agricultural Products Traceability And Government Supervision System

Information asymmetry is considered to be the root cause of the safety problem of agricultural products, and one of the important strategies to eliminate information asymmetry is the establishment of agricultural traceability system. The existing modeling methods based on the tracing mark depends on process models for specific types of agricultural products, so that the agricultural products traceability system which is established based on those methods cannot be applied to other kinds of products and processes, and lack of system compatibility, hindered reusability and information sharing, it is difficult to form a complete chain of agricultural products information. The existing modeling method of agricultural products traceability has been studied retrospectively in this paper, and general modeling method of agricultural products quality tracing was improved, the main contents are as follows:1. A part of domestic and international agricultural products traceability systems has been studied, aiming at the current situation of agricultural products traceability system in our country, the existing problems were summarized and analyzed, and the research direction of this paper was established.2. Necessary technology in the process of system development and implementation is studied, frameworks and technologies which were used in the development of this system were determined firstly, and web service technology is briefly analyzed; secondly D-S evidence theory was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the uncertainty of decision making.3. In view of the traceability method based on tracing marks depends on the process model of specific types of agricultural products, resulting in agricultural products traceability system lack of reusability and compatibility, a general modeling method of agricultural products traceability is improved. D-S evidence theory and FMECA(failure mode, effect and criticality analysis) are integrated, and practical agricultural products traceability problem can be transformed to the information flow model and the batch relationship network by using Petri network and the di- graph of discrete mathematics, a tracing algorithm of agricultural products traceability system is proposed, in order to improve the reusability and sharing of the traceability system, and promote efficiency and quality of decision.4. Every functions and modules of the system are designed in detail, according to the analysis of requirements and process of the agricultural products traceability and government supervision system. The whole system can be divided into four subsystems, external traceability is achieved by the enterprise management system, and internal traceability and regulatory functions are achieved by operation system and government supervision system.5. The traceability system from the establishment of database to the implementation of business logic and development of page framework is completed. By testing and commissioning, the functions and modules of the system has achieved the desired effect, and the information of different types of agricultural products could be managed and tracked.
