Design And Implementation Of Training Management System For University Training Based On WEB

The teaching management is the core component of the information management system in China's higher vocational colleges,and the colleges and universit ies are the important bases for the training of skilled talents,and a large number of practical skills talents are transported to all walks of life in the society.The increase in the number of students,the expansion of the scope of the training room,th e fine division of the specialty and the heavy teaching task have led to the serious challenge to the management of practical training in higher vocational colleges.There are many problems in the management of the training room,as the equipment that is b eyond the use of the service is to be eliminated,the software version of the training room is low,and it is disorderly and so on.Low utilization rate,equipment damage,equipment loss and other phenomenology have seriously affected the smooth progress o f school training courses.In order to ensure the normal operation of practical training,this requires us to constantly improve the management mode of computer informatization according to the actual situation.Therefore,having a complete set of network based training and teaching management system is the guarantee of improving the management of the training room and training equipment,and is the necessary condition for the smooth practice of the practice teaching.The management of practical training in most vocational colleges and universities is still by the way of manual management and software,so on the basis of in-depth analysis of the practical teaching link of higher vocational colleges,the design and implementation of the WEB based training man agement system of college training are developed.The main functions of this system include three aspects,the first is the management of the training room from the system administrator,including the training room equipment management,the training room p ersonnel management and so on.The second aspect is the information management of the training room,which mainly includes practical teaching plan,training guide book and so on.The third aspect is from the teaching management of the training room,includ ing the teaching plan management,the training room booking application,the training room scheduling review,the training teaching process assessment.The practical teaching management information system introduced in this thesis is a complete WEB application way,and uses JAVA development language,J2 EE architecture in the actual development,and install SQL Server 2012 database and Tomcat server in the background server in the development.The requirement for client browser is more than IE8.0 version or Google 64 version.The client does not need to install the software.It only needs to open the browser and input the specified URL configured by the server to do the operation.The purpose is to ensure the safety of large data processing and improve the speed of software usage.The operation function of this system,all effective users can be in the unlimited location,no limit network segment,no time limit,can complete the function demand of this system through the network.The functions of the whole system meet the requirements of practical teaching management in higher vocational colleges.The application of the system simplifies the work flow,improves the work efficiency and meets the overall reform of the whole teaching mode of Career Technical College.
