| Rising cost is the important factor affects the manufacturing enterprise profit, restricts the further development, and even related to the survival. Therefore, how to reduce the cost effectively needs to study and explore constantly. The mainly cost includes directing cost and manufacturing expense. The research on mini products’ online QA mode will optimize the QA testing process to simplify the operation, improve the efficiency, thus reduce the cost, has the very good practical value.In the mass production, in order to ensure the test accuracy, the good products need to do QA test normally. Traditional QA test for electronic products, assum that each lot size is 10 K, then each lot need to sample 200 good products to retest, if every day there are 10 KK test ability, the 200 K products need to do QA test. The mini products(length and width shorter than 3 mm, height thinner than 2 mm) are too small to lose easily with the traditional model, which complicate the flow, drop the output, affect the efficiency, increased the cost.The research designed a new optimization process with the language C, which solved the problem of the traditional QA mode. Firstly, the software SetQAStartFunc is designed for online QA test. Then debug the software based on Test.exe, and adding the program QASetNumber to solve the number’s problem, meantime adding the program fmSum.SaveFTBinRecord and fmSum.SaveQABinRecord to solve the summary statistics probelm. Next, the new software is setup in the system, and the related testing program is modified to adapt to the online QA test. Finally, test the actual products with the traditional mode and online QA mode, and compared the test result to confirm the online QA mode can really be used. The online QA mode is used for the mini products’ production test, which effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional QA test mode. Improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, has a very good practical value. |
