In today’s society is undergoing the reform of the social economy, its main purpose is to better social development, the same also needs to reform the management work of colleges and universities, the main purpose of the reform is of high efficiency logistics group. University logistics group for the majority of teachers and students provides a very convenient life, but after a long operation we also found many problems mainly concentrated in the following respects: low efficiency, severe resource not, resources sharing, etc. In order to improve the efficiency of the logistics management in colleges and universities, colleges and universities need to develop a logistics management system, from the development of the complete system, the content of the thesis mainly completed the following:(1)the first the thesis studied the current situation of logistics management in colleges and universities related business development as well as the background,combined with the experience in work, and according to the completed the profile design of this system and needs analysis, it analyzes the core business in the system development process and the development of the technology in the process of selection and implementation.(2)using the current mainstream B/S model of network architecture, the entire school user can access through the school network, based on Windows 7 operating system platform, database is mysql, Java language, for B/S system architecture,implements the following functions: office daily, personnel management, dormitory management, restaurant management and system management and so on five big function module of university logistics information management system.(3)use Java related technology constitute the three layer architecture. The whole system is divided into interface, the action layer, model layer. Implementation background control code and the front desk interface phase separation, enhance the system scalability and reliability, easy maintenance of system implementation.(4)in order to guarantee the security of the system, this system USES a role-based access control of data security strategy. And completed efficient logistics management system for the relevant test, basically complete the functions as defined in the requirements analysis.This topic is from the actual work. Through rich working experience in the design implementation based on B/S architecture system, make it can finish school logistics daily management work of daily business management, operations management, and resource management and sharing of logistics information, have been implemented in dealing with the related information on the Internet.
