Cloud services increase exponentially and the diversification of user demand, describing variable requirement of cloud services becomes more and more difficult by applying ontology.Ontology changes may lead to inconsistent semantic annotation,so it is necessary that ontology changes are correctly passed to the semantic annotation.How to resolve the inconsistency of the semantic annotation has become an important issue. Since semantic annotation is difficult to keep consistent, changes in underlying ontology can impact the semantic annotation. Based on the problem of ontology-based cloud services semantic annotation evolution,we created the system architecture of OB-CSSAE in this paper.The paper analyses the reasons of changes, properly describes the changes, and then presented Because of the rapid development of cloud service resources in the internet technology, the problem of cloud service discovery and selection arises. Semantic retrieval technology can improve retrieval efficiency through information retrieval, semantic analysis and information fusion.Than it solves the problem of locating a user’s information needs in the numerous and jumbled mass information, and meanwhile improve the recall and precision of information retrieval,because the hierarchy of ontology and semantic concept model can be applied in many fields. Semantic technology combined with ontology technology research can ensure search processes accuracy and consistency, and realize keywords-based query cloud service discovery and selection for users. strategies and approaches of ontology evolution and semantic annotation evolution.It builds a set of consistency constraint condition and inconsistency detection rules, so as to implement consistency of semantic annotation through correcting rules.The ontology technology that applies in semantic retrieval system achieves good effects, especially that it is suitable for retrieval unstructured information,when changes between ontology and semantic need to keep consistent in this paper. The model is capable of semantic annotation existing in cloud services, achieving semantic retrieval for annotated cloud services, and ultimately improving the ability to retrieve cloud services. O ntology implements semantically represent and semantically annotate cloud services,and extracts semantically annotate terms,then apply vector value to create semantic indexing.It realizes semantic retrieval cloud services description from a keyword-based query,uses semantic search engine calculate vector space value between query sentence and index data,and obtains documents similarity. The proposed model for semantic retrieval ontology-based basic principles and methods of system implementation for cloud servers: on the one hand the use of semantic annotation annotation of cloud services resources; on the other hand the semantic retrieval keyword index based on cloud services resources.The main content and contribution of the thesis lies in:(1) Propose ontology-based semantic retrieval model for cloud services.This paper proposes an ontology-based semantic retrieval model for cloud services. This model can semantically annotate existing cloud services. Annotation of cloud services is to achieve semantic retrieval in the field of cloud services. The ultimate goal is to improve the ability of cloud service retrieval and extraction. O n the one hand,the use of semantic annotation technology index can annotate cloud services, and obtain the candidate terms through rule-based filter;on the other hand, the use of keywords-based retrieval semantic description method of cloud resources, according to the semantic extension and semantic similarity algorithm conduct semantic reasoning.Using the framework of automatic annotation of cloud services is described in natural language, which can reduce the burden o f manual found available cloud services, and improve the accuracy of cloud services the search process.The model has a retrieval method based on the concept matching,using the hierarchical structure of concept describe semantic distance and semantic similarity between concepts, and then achieve the user ontology retrieval request.Therefore retrieval efficiency is improved greatly.(2) Propose framework of ontology-based cloud semantic annotation evolution for cloud services. This paper proposes framework of ontology-based semantic annotation evolution for cloud services.The framework aims at the consistency problem between annotated cloud service documents and storage tagging of ontology library, all changes of annotated cloud services documents must be reflected in the system library.If there is no change information recorded in the source of ontology, the problem of inconsistency will arise in semantic annotation will appear the problem of inconsistency. In this paper it proposes framework of ontology-based semantic annotation evolution for cloud services, to carry out semantic annotation evolution according to the resources, ontology, annotation and log evolution, and the final result of semantic annotation evolution returns semantic annotation database, form a iterative process between semantic annotation library and semantic annotation evolution. Thus it results in, semantically consistent annotation, so as toensure that users can retrieve cloud services resource in a right way.(3) Propose strategy of ontology-based semantic annotation evolution.This paper proposes strategy of ontology-based semantic annotation evolution.The strategy will be applied when the ontology changes may not only lead to inconsistency of other parts of the body, but also result in the semantic annotation inconsistency problem, constructs the evolution strategy to control this inconsistency, and ensures ontology and its dependent still keep consistent after revised ontology, in addition to the need to avoid the change that does not conform to the rules. This paper puts forward a set of evolution strategy, and resolves simple or composite changes caused by the change of semantic annotation inconsistency.Each ontology change may have an impact on the consistency of annotation, so it is necessary to build a semantic equivalent strategy to correct the semantic annotation inconsistency.(4) Propose rules-based methods to solve the semantic annotation inconsistency. This paper proposes rule-based methods that can be constructed for any consistency constraint annotation model, as the logical properties of a system are not contradictory with other models. In addition, this paper proposes the effect of consistency constraints as semantic ontology annotation instances of the underlying protocol. Based on the consistency constraints, it constructs inconsistency detection rules by using corresponding rules of grammar, and then through the inconsistency correction rules, it achieves the consistency of semantic annotation.
