Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Property Management System Based On Android

Because of relying on advanced science and technology, intelligent community realizes the high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection of the intelligent residential area operation. With the development of information technology, the requirement of the user to the property management system of intelligent residential district is getting higher and higher, especially for the data and information sharing between different subsystems. Aiming at design and implementation of the property management system for intelligent residential district, the main research contents are described in this paper as follows:1) This paper analyzes in detail the development trend of intelligent community management system,the advantages of Android as a front-end module,the definition of XMPP core protocol and implementation approach and the community of intelligent management system software structure and work process. Some function modules are described in detail.2) Based on the XMPP protocol, intelligent residential district realizes the real time information management of the property information. The server side of the intelligent community management system uses the Spring MVC architecture, which provides the Web framework to achieve the daily management of residential property management system, and the open source Quartz scheduling framework is utilized to job scheduling for the property management system.3) In the last part of this paper, it shows that through the module test and performance test of real-time communication module,business scheduling module for the functional test,these tests show that the system can complete all the work in the process of community management and control the communication delay in a reasonable range.
