The Design And Implementation Of Web Cutover Management System For Qingdao Mobile

With the widely application and rapid development of mobile networks, the network structure is more and more complex; the scale is more and more big; the existing mobile network has been unable to meet the growing demand of network service and the old network cutover to new network is imperative. How to safely and effectively make the mobile network cutover is an important issue in network construction. Asthere is no strict supervision and inspection mechanism in the Qingdao original mobile network cutover management approach, once the cutover proposal is not careful, it will directly affect the mobile network business. Although some areas adopt the information management method of mobile network cutover, but regional cutover of the management system is not uniform, relevant data cannot be shared, and it’s hardto realize the scientific management of mobile network cutover. It is necessary to design and implement a mobile network cutovermanagement system for Qingdao city.This system is based on the Java structure of the Web B/S development, adopting Struts2 technology framework. Front desk use JSP language and web layout use CSS+DIV.The interface is beautiful and generous. The system has fully used the design pattern of MVC, which makes the front page display and business logic separate from the background, and enhance the maintainability and expansibility of the program. Database use SERVER SQL 2014.This system is mainly to achieve the base station cutover.According to the concrete process of mobile network cutover, the system is divided into five modules, respectively for the base station opened, base station belonging to the cutover, adjustment and transformation of the base station, a temporary base deactivated and base station network exit. The process of the base station opened includes the opening of the application, the opening of the audit, the base station data production, circuit scheduling, wireless data production, engineering acceptance, engineering rectification and opening confirmation. A base station cutoverconsists of cutover application, application audit for cutover, adjusting circuit, making wireless data, submitting cutover, testing network quality, confirming the cutover and archiving. The base station adjustment and transformation mainly includes the application base station adjustment, audit adjustment program,circuitadjustment, wireless dataproduction, adjusting the implementation, testing network quality, confirming the adjustment results and submitting assessment confirmation. The temporary stop use of base stationincludes submissionof disable application, auditingdisable application, shut-off base station and archiving. Network base station retreat mainly includes the application back network, checking back online application, shut-off base station, shut-off circuit, exchange data demolition,management data demolition,the base stationdemolition, back network data demolition, confirming back network information and archiving.This system has been successfully tested in Qingdao city before long ago. The system can real-time view cutover and performance of network equipment and network operation state, guarantee the relevant staff to keep abreast of current network cutover of the link, at the same time, timely detect of problems that may arise in the operation of the network, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the entire network in Qingdao.
