Data resources are vastly accumulated with the Internet’s decades of development. Not only are very few of them used by people, but also it is difficult to check the information they want in a very short time. In 2001, the World Wide Web creator T. Berners-Lee thought the key problem that restricted the further application of the Internet was the data resources on Internet without organic organizational structure. In order to solve the problem, the concept of Semantic Web was put forward, and the concept of ontology was integrated into the architecture of it,hoping that thesemantics of the resources in the network can be described and the computer has a certain understanding. For more than a decade, the Semantic Web was extensively studied by many domestic and foreign researchers, but these studies were the separation of ontology and the server browser. We believe that the server browser is the cells of the Internet, If we want to make the Internet have semantics, let’s make the server browser do it first. In the traditional B/S structure, the entire Internet is regarded as something that is made up of the information provided by the numerous servers and the customer using a browser to navigate the information. Information on the server is dominated by site maintainers (people) through a Web page displayed to the customer, as long as the site maintainer and customer can understand the content of information on the line. But as the number of servers and the amount of information provided by the server sharply rise, the client’s getting the information that they really need becomes more and more difficult. How can the server provide information for the customer effectively according to his preferences? It requires that the information provided by the server and the client’s preferences has good semantic structure. In order to make internet with semantic we must make servers and browsers have semantic in the first because servers and browsers are cells of internet. This article analyzed the B/S work processes based on this semantic structure and designed an evolution algorithm of the relevant dynamic ontologies after having presented a method to describe the semantic structure of website information and customer preferences on the basis of the mutual-description principle and dynamic ontology theory. So a kind of semantic B/S mode has been formed to provide a personalized service for internet users. Finally a semantic server demo system is developed, and the main theory of the subject, which is the effectiveness of the evolutionary algorithm in the dynamic ontology is verified.
