The Primary Design And Implementation Of A General Coal-trading System

Since entering 21st century, the globalinformation-based level has been improved constantly, butbecause of the natural and historical reason, the wholeinformation-based level of coal industry is on the low side,need to utilize information-based technology to improvethe competitiveness very much. As an information worker ofcoal trade, the author of this paper analyzed and designeda system of coal trade management in common use, and it hasbeen used now.The system is designed on the base of analyzing theworking flow of several companys handling in the coaltrading. Through the generalization of the operation flows,a scheme is advanced for designing the general coal tradingsystem, which is based on Client/Server mode and includesall flows of coal trading, such as contract management,source of coal management, accounting management, qualitymanagement, license management etc.Especially of highquality gains favourable price module make the settlementof coal mixing very convenient, and coal filt module canmake grain size coal be filted very conveniently.Sybase is used to manage the database and Power-Buildis used as the developing tool in the system, andClient/Server is used as the system architecture.Thesystem can serve most companys handling in coal trading,unless whose sacle is large, middle or small.
