E-commerce(Electronic Commerce) is generally referred to by means of electronics technology, information technology, computer technology and other means, using a client/server application mode, conducted a business transaction over the internet between buyer and seller without having to meet, E-commerce as a new business model is different from the traditional business, it completely breaks through the time and space constraints, it represents the future direction and the way forward of commercial trade, its application and promotion will bring great benefits to the social and economic development.With the rapid development of the degree of social information, computer has already become one of the important tools in the daily work, study and life. The traditional way of purchase, replacement and maintenance of computer accessories is buyers communicate with sellers in the store face to face, this approach is not only time-consuming, laborious but also consumers are in a passive position and can not be timely, effectively access to important information such as prices, and more and more difficult to adapt to the way of life in modern society. Therefore, it is very important to develop a fast and efficient online purchasing system which can give consumers more freedom. Computer accessories purchase system based on B/S architecture is just designed and implemented on the above background.This paper first introduces the Internet, e-commerce and other related concepts, as well as the composition of participants of e-commerce, comparing the development of e-commerce at home and abroad. Then describe some technologies which are used in the system development process, such as B/S architecture, Tomcat server and so on. Through analyzed the system requirements and the main business processes of computer accessories purchase system, presented the overall architecture, and functionally divided the whole system into several subsystems, and detailed descriptions of each subsystem’s specific implementation, finally according to function and performance goals executed a comprehensive test to the whole system.Entire system is based on B/S layered architecture, developed by My Eclipse and using Tomcat as Web server. After several rounds of testing, computer accessories purchase system based on this thesis has been successfully running on the line, it has many advantages such as reasonable layout, simple operation and easy to user, this system saves a lot of time and effort for the users, succeed to achieve system goals.
