Wireless sensor networks is a kind of self-organizing network architecture composed of large number of sensor nodes distributing in detected region, which link with each other by the wireless multiple hops. It can sense, collect and process the information from the sensing target cooperatively. Then, it send the information to the observer. Sensors, sensed objects and observers are composed of the three elements of the wireless sensor networks. Wireless Sensor Networks has great value on military and other fields for its feature, which attracts widespread attention. Research on wireless sensor networks’safety and quality of service has been a focus of academic research. At present, security and service quality issues are rarely considered in many routing protocols designs. Therefore, based on the research of wireless sensor networks system structure and the characteristics of the foundation, this thesis carried through deep analysis of TEEN protocol. In this thesis, according to summing up TEEN routing protocol’s advantages and defects, combining with trust evaluation mechanism, energy and QoS control, we design a trust-based QoS routing protocol named TEEN_TQ. The TEEN_TQ routing protocol improved itself on the foundation of TEEN protocol as follows:The network use the new designed dynamic multi-behaviors model to management sensors’ trust. In the phase of cluster head selection, it enhances the probability of the sensors with much energy and good trust. At the same time, the communication between cluster and base is not the simple single hop. The communication between cluster and non-cluster is also the same way. At last, it adds a counter which can make the system to transmit the data back to the centerFinally, this thesis did some simulation aiming at the new designed trust-based QoS routing protocol TEEN_TQ and standard TEEN protocol in the presence of a vicious attacks in the network. At last, we compared lots of performance parameters such as packet loss rate, packet delivery rate, network lifetime and the total energy of the network. The simulation results showed that he packet loss rate is lower but the packet delivery rate is higher in the TEEN_TQ routing protocol than in the TEEN routing protocol when the routing protocol has trusted mechanism. The network life time is longer and the energy consumption is lower in the TEEN_TQ routing protocol than in the TEEN routing protocol when the routing protocol has QoS mechanism.
