Meanwhile, the hospital medical treatment model in the past has been unable to meet the needs of modern people. Medical institutions in our country are facing problems to be solved is how to relieve the people "see a doctor, doctor", how to improve the patient’s trust in the doctors and hospitals and satisfaction, as well as how to improve the service quality and efficiency of medical institutions. This article is from how to improve the treatment efficiency and improve the management level of hospital, based on demand and capacity management, the author analyzes and researches on the management of hospital services.This paper main research includes:(1) to survey the situation of hospital reservation registration software at home and abroad.
