The laboratory is an important practical teaching means and place in colleges and universi-ties. With more and more demand of practical teaching, the traditional manual booking management means will affect the overall deployment of the school. It can monitor lab re-source usage and Laboratory teaching process. According the problems of practical teaching in colleges and universities, the author combined with the specific circumstances of the Huanghe Science and Technology College laboratory management. This system can reform experimental teaching and rationalize the experimental teaching management system. In short, the laboratory management system plays a decisive role in the construction of the ap-plied university.The paper studied the application of the principle of software technology, combined with la-boratory management experience at home and abroad, analyzed on the advantages of the ASP.NET, SQL SERVER, proposed B/S based management system. The system set the ad-ministrator management, equipment management, teacher management and student man-agement as a whole. The paper mainly completed analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the laboratory management system requirements. In the demand analysis link, the paper analyzed the feasibility, the functional requirements and performance re-quirements of the system, concluded system requirements target. In the system design link, the author designed overall system, designed modules of system login, system administrator, the administrator, teacher management, student management by Functional structure, busi-ness process diagrams, E-R diagram. The system used Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the integrated development tools, used SQL Server 2008 R2 as the background database. The system put data processing to the business logic layer, in order to reduce the burden of the client. The system adopted the black box testing method, tested the system function and per-formance. Every function module of the system operated normally. LoadRunner test results show that, with the increase of users, the growth in use of time, the stable running of the system, the system maximum load of up to 500 people. The system introduced the verifica-tion code and cipher technology, effectively defensed the brute force, used RAID-5 technol-ogy, the system had strong fault tolerance ability.The college laboratory management system referred to the role permissions management technology, achieved an organic combination of laboratory equipment management, teaching management, teacher management and student management. After bedding down, the labor-atory management system plans laboratory assets and teachers properly, improves efficiency of the administrators and teachers, saves human resources and laboratory assets. The system achieves the purpose of efficient management and saving money.
