With the further deepening of Chinese industrial structure, the knitting industry, as a sunrise industry, meet a new development opportunity. Many overseas famous brands have to take a fancy to the mainland market, a new industry, garment processing industry, is come into being consequently. The characteristics of the garment industry are various raw material, multifarious product styles, frequent business volume; fast products upgrade speed, and high industry competitive pressure. To solve these problems, a fully functional and high security information system shall greatly enhance the enterprise competitiveness and ability to cope with complex market changes.In this paper, the introduced module design idea embarks from the different modules to complete the corresponding function. This system shall solve a series of problems: separately stored enterprise data; procedure lacking of process and standardization; unachievable and non-effective management and control; information resources cannot be shared; enterprise operation status and employee’s working schedule cannot be notified to seniors and management personnel timely. This paper, from the height of the system platform and business process design, comprehensively planned the informatization management of an enterprise, thus to set up a enterprise information platform, to meet the new requirements of different business. System will expand from the five modules:supply chain management system, production management system, financial management system, personnel management, system management and control. Each subsystem also divided into multiple function modules, subsystems of supply chain includes procurement, sales, warehouse management; production management includes planning, cutting bed, workshop management; personnel management includes attendance, personnel management; financial management includes collect accounts, payable, financial general ledger management. This system is a based on B/S mode, the structure of the whole system adopts designJ2EE and m MVC, the combination of Ajax technology and J2EE platform is introduced. This paper detail describes the demand analysis of the enterprise information system and the design of function modules, respectively from the WEB layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer, in combination with the Struts and Hibernate, gives the concrete implementation situation of open source framework and some key technologies.This system has achieved good results in the following several aspects:firstly, using the current popular database technology based on B/S development mode, guarantee the data consistency and reduce the maintenance cost of the system at the same time.secondly, introduced two open source framework Struts and Hibernate, which greatly improves the development efficiency and performance of the system. Again, considering the security problems, the system has perfect security mechanism at all levels, with huge amounts of data retrieval and query speed and real-time of conventional processing speed of the balance of the business, and provide the reference in configuration, system administrators can conduct simple operation; next, modular structure design; finally, according to the characteristics of the clothing enterprise, gives the measures for solving the problem, get the recognition from the enterprise; provides data query, make it easier for managers understand the dynamic of enterprises at any time; such processing and manufacturing enterprise as garment production enterprise, in the aspects of material procurement, warehousing, product sales, etc, there are large amount of data, and daily retrieval for inventory and customer information is very frequent, sometimes there are even tens of thousands of data, then it requires adding pages, and if, in accordance with the traditional way, with each page should be displayed to the entire content of the page, it shall virtually increase a large burden on the servers, and many data transmitted may have existed in local or we don’t need. However, after introduced into the Ajax technology, when turning pages, we can only obtain the data needed, and redundancy data will not transfer. When updating page, it won’t like the traditional way, occurs a temporary WHITE SCREEN phenomenon. Customers shall feel like using a local software based on C/S model. The most important point is that, in the implementation of many details, also used the Ajax technology, which improved the overall performance of the system, thus improved the efficiency of the enterprise users.
