O2O is developing rapidly as a rising commercial mode due to the cloud computing technology. As we all know, cloud computing technology is elastic, and we can put all resources together as a pool using virtualization. It has become a hot topic and technical difficulty about how to provide resources for experiment based on hardware efficiently to distance-educator in O2 O mode as a service. In this dissertation, we do our research on these problems.Firstly, based on the elaborate analysis of cloud platform architecture and specification in IaaS layer, we design the whole cloud resources framework including resources for experiment based on hardware. We refactor the resources for experiment based on hardware to make them standard and formal according to the method of cloud platform resources management, then, we design a device by parallel embedded technology to put all experiment resources together as a pool by different types.Secondly, we logically refactor the experiment resources to high robustness and adaptability. Through the paper we implement two types of methods, one is that uses maximize object function to improve utilization and another is that uses maximize constraint satisfaction model to enhance fulfillment.Thirdly, we use a strategy to recovery resources by calculating idle time to improve the efficient use of resources. We control the resources by two methods, one is that use improved M/M/S/∞ model to compute the idle time of resources and other one is that compute the standard of idle time by bootstrapping based on random sample. At last, we propose a new learning pattern of V-Learning mode based on O2 O mode by refactoring the model of existing experiment education to enhancing the application of the system. The new V-learning mode has three layers and five steps. The paper gives valuable attempt to an experiment named by “application development on mobile Internet”.
