Compared to traditional remote sensing,the characteristics and advantages of hyperspectral remote sensing pose a serious threat to military targets.Based on this,a new type of hyperspectral coating is developed.First of all,based on the principle of material spectrum,the inherent mechanism of spectral generation in 400?2500nm band is analyzed,the reasons for the color of matter are discussed,and the absorption groups and spectral bands in the near-infrared band are assigned.Further,through the study of the characteristics of the spectral curves of green plants and the mechanism of its production,the pigment in the leaves,the porous structure in the leaf and the water are the main factors that cause the spectral characteristics of green plants.On this basis,we systematically designed and mixed the coating fillers,and analyzed the influencing factors;the design and development of a new type of hyperspectral coating have been completed,a variety of spectral simulation results have been evaluated and a camouflage coating with similar spectral characteristics with green plants has been obtained,the following results are obtained:Taking the spectral reflectance curve of green plants as a template,adopting new design ideas,two common crystalline water substances BaCl2.2H2O and ZnSO4.7H2O are used for the first time to simulate the absorption peak of water absorption,with chromium green as a filler to simulate green plant green reflection peak in camouflage coating,the fillers have good spectral effect,and the similarity between the four formulas and the green plant spectral curve is greater than 0.92,compared with free water,the crystalline water is easier to maintain in the coating,which can increase the spectral stability of the coating.which can be used as camouflage filler to simulate the spectral characteristics of green plants.BaCl2.2H2O?ZnSO4?7H2O and chrome green were used as the basic filler,and polyurethane as the resin matrix,coating is prepared by spraying process,the similarity between the obtained coating and the green plant spectral curve reached 0.94,the spectral similarity angle cosine reached 0.99,and its spectral curve is within 600?2500nm band,which can fall well in the spectral channel.Furthermore,the coating was tested by the applicable environment,it was found that the spectral stability was good when the coating was below 80?,the surface of the coating is smooth and non destructive,it shows that the coating has better ability to resist hyperspectral detection technology and its engineering application value.
