In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the advantages of mobile Internet technology are increasingly highlighted, Mobile Internet has penetrated into people’s life, study and work, and gradually become an integral part of people’s daily activities. With the use of mobile Internet technology, people can use smart mobile terminals to release and get information, which can greatly enhance the quality of people’s work, study and life. Based on this background, this paper studied the design and implementation of a cross-platform tutor service system based on HTML 5 in mobile Internet environment.With the use of mobile Internet technology, a tutor information service system can be built for mobile smart terminals. The system can provide services of tutor supply and demand information for a large number of users who need tutor services through the advanced and fast-growing mobile Internet. Teachers and students can communicate with each other,and obtain tutor services in demand.At first, the paper studied the backgrounds, the significances and the present situation of the subject, researched mobile information technology related to the subject, and analyzed the demand of mobile tutor information service. On this basis, a design scheme of mobile tutor information service system has been put forward, including overall structure design, smart client design, server design, data exchange mode design, database design, and so on. And then, the algorithm of teaching effect evaluation and two-sided matching algorithm have been studied. Finally, the implementation of mobile tutor information service system has been described, including the platforms built for development, the implementation of main function modules, the implementation of cross-platform client, the deployment and testing of the system, and so on.The mobile tutor information service system in the subject, implemented the development of cross-platform client by web development technology and PhoneGap frame, and implemented the development of the server of mobile tutor information system by Java EE and MySQL database technology. The system has the characteristics of the mainstream, advanced, lightweight and cross-platform. But due to the heavy workload of development, the system can be further researched and improved in aspects such as front-end service functions and back-end management functions.
