| The system of cryogenic infrared target source with high accuracy and large aperture is a set of larger aperture and higher accuracy equipment.It is mainly used to simulate a specific environment,to detect the related technical indexes and performance of infrared equipment.This is the crucial technology to resolve on the research of the space remote sensing detection.According to the theory of heat transfer,ANSYS finite element analysis, the theory of low-temperature refrigeration technology, in this paper,we mainly analyze to the temperature uniformity, the rate of temperature control and temperature control precision of the cryogenic infrared target source system.The paper mainly studies on the cooling structure of the cryogenic infrared target source,the processing of the temperature transferring,the heat loss of refrigeration process.Comparing two different ways of cooling,the liquid nitrogen refrigeration and mechanical refrigeration,under the two ways,design and analyze the refrigeration structure,then choose the optimal structure. Under the different cooling ways, four kinds of structure are designed respectively,the results show that,the optimal cooling structure of the different ways,which could meet all the requirements of indicators.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the temperature field of black-body surface while heating.In this paper,under the condition of the supplied with continuous cold source,then analyze the heating process of temperature field for the optimal cooling structure, recording the distribution of the temperature field of the black-body source and heating rate while the process of continuous heating,to guarantee the temperature of the black-body source change from 80 K to300K.Through the analysis,all the parameters can meet the requirements of indicators.It expounds the calculation method of cold quantity under the mechanical refrigeration,then analyzes the heat loss and the cold quantity while the mechanical working in this paper.Through analyzes the corresponding processes,we get that the G-M refrigerator being used to the cold source for infrared target system,all the parameters can meet the requirements of the indicators.It has a certain innovation to use G-M refrigerator on the cryogenic infrared target source system.According to the requirements of various technical indicators,then choose the parts to meet the conditions,finally,the system has been finished,which the G-M refrigerator is regarded as the cold source,the project has been put into practice,not only the structure is more compact, but also the temperature uniformity and stability of the black-body is better, the valueof engineering application is higher. |
