Now, Duan culture have not only inherited the contents of short, funny entertainment features, but also showing a diverse and personalized development characteristics.The rise of new media movement such as smart phones, allows the mobile applications technology to get widespread attention and use, and the massive development and popularization of mobile applications not only changed the lifestyle, but also contributed to the further transformation and development of Duan culture. The generate of Duan application software is not only the result of further development of mobile application platform evolution, but also the main reason for the rise of Duan Culture.Now, Duan Culture had a huge change in the dissemination of content, the form of communication and the dissemination of results. In the respect of creation, Duan Culture have many fashion elements and personalized means.
