Spatial reasoning is the core of the relationship between geographic information systems, as well as the essential characteristics of the geographic information system is different from other information systems, in which direction and topology relation are two important relationships in spatial reasoning. It is important to research the two relationships. Therefore, the study between these two relationships has been a very important part of the study of spatial database. Currently, the reasoning research on two-dimensional direction relation and topology relation has been very mature. For the three-dimensional direction relation and topology relation continues to be deeply. Therefore, this paper studied the reasoning method of a three-dimensional spatial direction relations and a three-dimensional spatial topological relations based on the one-frame of reference.Firstly, this paper describes the background and focuses on the current situation with the direction relations and topology relations. A reasoning method is proposed the three-dimensional space based on the direction of one-frame of reference. This paper proposes the different reference models based on different types of objects. It shows the relationship between the three-dimensional spatial reasoning based on a single reference direction relations reasoning table and multi-directional three-dimensional space, and gives a three-dimensional spatial direction relations reasoning algorithm.Secondly, according to the relationship between the three-dimensional spatial direction relation and the topological relation, and depending on the different type of objects, this paper comes up with a different type of objects, based on three-dimensional space a reference direction combination reasoning topological relationships with three-dimensional space topology, and the corresponding reasoning algorithms.Finally, this paper designs and implements a three-dimensional-orientation direction relation and the topology relation reasoning system. The system has two parts, which are the three-dimensional spatial direction relation reasoning part and the three-dimensional spatial topological relation reasoning part. The three-dimensional spatial direction relation reasoning part is by entering the coordinates and generates the position of the objects and the results of direction relations. The three-dimensional spatial topological relation reasoning part is by choosing the direction of the region and generates the results of the topological relations. By assigning to the prototype system, the system will produce a result. Compared with the actual spatial relationship between the way of comparison, the function of the system has been verified to be correct.
