With the development and advancement of technology, multi-sensor tracking and measuring technology is constantly developing. In this paper, on the basis of the studies of the principle and measuring mechanism of multi-sensor systems, Designed a small multi-sensor tracking and measuring systems.The tracking and measuring system can be divided into two main parts, which are optical systems and mechanical structures. The mechanical structures can be also divided into vertical shafts and horizontal shafts. Depending on the application requirements, determine the overall structure of the optical and mechanical scheme, select the required optical components. Use the CREO to design mechanical structure and built a three dimensional model of tracking and measuring system;Use the ANSYS Workbench to conduct a systematic analysis of static and modal; The system will be some errors in the actual use, analyzes the causes of errors and their resulting impact on the system; And finally, on the basis of the optical system debugging, carries a static target and a moving target tracking measurement experiment.The results show that the system strength, stiffness meet the statics requirements, and has a higher natural frequency, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance; The system is easy to operate, versatile and has good stability, Able to meet the needs of a variety of tasks equipment manufacturing and installation, engineering surveying, construction and so on.
