The types of the pume are various, the application range is wide and the application environment is complicated.It is one of the most commonly used mechanical device. The performance of the pump spindle is the key to judge the overall performance of the pump. The axial force, bending moment and torque of the main shaft of the pump are the main factors that affect the performance of the main shaft. Through the accurate measurement and analysis of the various forces, the phenomenon of the force is too large, so that the cause of the situation can be deduced, which can avoid the occurrence of serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out accurate measurement of axial force, bending moment and torque, which is necessary for the safety of industrial production and life.This paper introduces the main reason of the axial force, bending moment and torque of the pump, the development status of the test, and the purpose and significance of this study. In this paper, the structural characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the pump spindle, the use of tube type elastic element as the measuring unit. Firstly, the mechanical and stress, strain analysis of the main body of the cylinder type pressure sensor are carried out according to the principle of material mechanics, and the relationship between the force and strain is solved. Using the ANSYS finite element simulation software, the simulation analysis of the standard cylinder is carried out to prove the reliability of the simulation. Then, the model and simulation analysis are carried out to find the maximum strain of the cylinder. The measurement of the axial force is designed to measure the axial force at the same time, bending, bending moment of the same time, the tension and torsion; measuring torque at the same time, the tensile and bending of the four arm full bridge circuit. A mechanical structure is designed, which can realize the function of axial force, bending moment and torque at the same time. Use this structure to force to the measuring cylinder. The calibration method of the measuring cylinder is useing WDW-50 micro-controlled electronic universal testing machine to separately apply an axial force, bending moment and torque to the cylinder type load cell; the same serial data were collected from the testing machine and strain bridge output voltage from the data acquisition card signal, and made use LabVIEW to store data for subsequent data processing and analysis.Using the least square method to fit and analyze the actual measured value. The linearity, sensitivity and hysteresis error of the sensor are all in line with the requirements. In the end, the reason of the error is analyzed deeply in order to improve the accuracy of the sensor.
