Data center has attracted widespread attention from academia and industry in recent years. With the emergence of more and more new applications, the traditional DCN(data center network) architecture cannot meet the demand of bandwidth and latency that cloud computing needed. So research about the new architecture of DCN is meaningful. In order to propose a new architecture, this paper analyses and implement three typical architectures in Omnet++ software which include tree, Fat-Tree, c-Through. By analyzing the simulation results, the paper analyses the characteristics of the three architectures in aspect of network bandwidth, network scale and fault-tolerance property. The conclusion may be helpful for the deployment of the three architectures.Based on the analysis of c-Through, this paper finds that c-Through may schedule different Elephant Flows to the same links, which will lead to network congestion in DCN. So the paper proposed an improved architecture named EOEHN(Enhanced Optical and Electric Hybrid Network). The electric network of EOEHN has better transmission ability of Elephant Flow than c-Through. The paper also proposes a new congestion notification mechanism to avoid the network congestion lead by the conflict of Elephant Flow.Although the hybrid architecture has a better system performance, it cannot make full use of the advantage of optical links, such as high bandwidth, low latency and low power consumption. Therefore, this paper proposes an all-optical interconnection network architecture based on OOFDM-CAP optical transceivers and Optical Switch Matric, which named MOSBAON(Multi Orthogonal Sub-Band All Optical Network). The MOSBAON uses the optical transceiver and the OSM, which realize the schedule of sub-band on a wavelength, so it achieves a more fine-grained bandwidth scheduling. At last, combining the characteristics of typical flow and communication models in data centers, EOEHN and MOSBAON is simulated on Omnet++, the simulation results shows that they have a better system performance both in throughput and system latency.
